Greek community of Trieste

The Comunità Greco-Orientale di Trieste is one of the oldest Greek communities in Italy, with an unbroken presence since the 18th century. Based in Trieste, it maintains the historic Church of Saint Nicholas, along with a library and museum housing rare material related to the Orthodox and Greek traditions. It also promotes the Greek language and culture through courses and cultural events.
