The Lametino Archaeological Museum has been housed since 2010 in the historic San Domenico complex in the Nicastro district and showcases the long history of the Lametino plain, a strategic location on the isthmus between the Ionian and Tyrrhenian Seas. The museum features three thematic sections (Prehistoric, Classical, Medieval) with finds from rescue and systematic excavations. Particular emphasis is placed on ancient Terina, a Crotonian sub-colony located in the area of Santa Euphemia, represented through numismatic and epigraphic evidence. Prehistoric tools, Roman sculpture and medieval ceramics from significant religious and administrative sites in the Lametino are also part of the museum's collection.
